Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Not at all. Many of our clients choose to provide us with access details so we can clean while they’re away. You’ll come back to a refreshed, spotless space without any disruption to your day.

What’s included in a standard cleaning?

Our standard cleaning covers high-touch surfaces, floors, bathrooms, kitchens, dusting, and general tidying. We also offer deep cleaning and custom add-ons if you’d like a more detailed service.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least a week in advance to secure your preferred date and time. For urgent needs, contact us, we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

 Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?

Yes, our team brings all the professional-grade supplies and equipment needed for the job. If you have specific products you’d like us to use, just let us know in advance.

Are your cleaning products safe for kids & pets?

Absolutely. We use high-quality, non-toxic products that are safe for children and pets while still being effective against dirt and germs.

 What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel?

We understand things come up. Please give us at least 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel without a fee.

Do you offer recurring cleaning services?

Yes, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly options are available. Many clients love the peace of mind that comes from knowing their home or business will always be cared for.

Can I book a one-time service?
